Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at nulohome@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
