The website and its contents are intended solely for personal and noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, license, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any website material without prior written permission from Nulo Home LLC.

You may download or print limited website content for your own personal, noncommercial use. Doing so does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Submitting an interior-design inquiry through the website does not create a designer-client relationship. Any interior-design services accepted by Nulō will be governed by a separate written agreement outlining the scope, fees, timeline, and terms of the project.

Nulo Home LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper candle use, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Nulō may refuse or cancel any order placed for that product. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Some Nulō products may be produced, prepared, or released in limited quantities. Product availability may change without notice, and sold-out or discontinued products may not be restocked.

Placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Products are not secured until checkout has been completed and the order has been accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to remove unavailable products from the website in a timely manner. However, there may be occasions when an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, proportions, and details accurately. However, the appearance of a product may vary depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, and the device being used.

Minor variations in wax appearance, finish, packaging, product markings, or color may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Fragrance and Burn Time

Fragrance descriptions and scent notes are provided to communicate the general character of each candle. Fragrance is subjective, and individual experiences may vary.

Burn-time estimates are approximate and depend on candle care, wick maintenance, room conditions, and the length of each burn.

Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize Nulō and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Nulō reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or unauthorized resale.

Shipping

Order-processing times and estimated delivery details will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Final Sale and Order Issues

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact nulohome@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, Nulō may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate. The available resolution will depend on the circumstances and product availability.

Gift Cards

Nulō gift cards are delivered electronically and may be used toward eligible purchases on nulohome.com.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Gift cards are nonrefundable after delivery and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or used without authorization.

Nulō gift cards do not expire and are not subject to inactivity fees.
